2013 The Seventeenth Annual Fong's Wing Chun Reunion Seminar is coming up soon. This special event is open to the public and all Wing Chun lines, instructors and students. I would like to share my years of experience in teaching to anyone who is interested in continuing to learn the depth of Wing Chun. This is our seventeenth annual get together. This year we will hold this special event from May 2-5, 2013. I Augustine Fong, would like to invite you to join us. Even if you cannot make it to this years event. I hope to see you at the Annual Fong's Reunion Banquet on May 4th. at 6:00p.m.

Tai Chi Chuan no Ninimberg

Boa tarde amigos(as) brevemente estaremos iniciando no Ginásio Ninimberg no São Jorge aulas de Tai Chi Chuan, estas aulas serão gratuítas e a única exigência é que o participante tenha acima de 40 anos. As aulas serão ministradas pelo Shifu Ari Galvão e deverão acontecer pela parte da manhã ainda estamos defenindo horário, atualmente o Ginásio está sendo submetido a reformas mais assim que estas reformas tiverem sido concluidas as aulas começarão, então você que gosta de Tai Chi e que fazer exercicios leves voltados para a saúde esta é sua oportunidade não perca.
